Terms of sale

1. PURPOSE These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales of clothing and accessories concluded between the company ANIMUS-CORP SAS (the "Seller") and any non-commercial natural person (the "Customer") via the RE:WIND website.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICES The products offered for sale are those appearing on the website on the day of consultation, within the limits of available stocks. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) All Taxes Included (VAT included). Delivery costs are not included in the displayed price and are calculated before the final validation of the order.

4. ORDERS Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. The contract is formed upon final validation of the order by the Customer. The Seller undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks. In the absence of availability, the Seller will inform the Customer to proceed with a refund or an exchange.

5. PAYMENT Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay by credit card or any other method proposed on the site (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Transactions are secured by the SSL protocol via the Shopify Payments platform.

6. DELIVERY Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. The times indicated on the site are average usual times (2 to 5 business days for France). ANIMUS-CORP SAS cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a shipping delay that is not of its making.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS) In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

8. LEGAL WARRANTIES All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products.

9. APPLICABLE LAW These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
