Shipping policy

1. PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES We ship our products from France.

  • Metropolitan France: Standard delivery via Colissimo (Tracked). The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days after shipment.

  • International / Europe: The delivery time varies from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.

3. ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to follow the delivery of your package in real-time.

4. DELIVERY ISSUES If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact.ohmygoat@gmail.com with your order number.
